Training:

To set higher standards in the industry, First Housing Management, Inc. requires all installers to pass the mandatory Quality Installation Test, to keep up professional craftsmanship.
On-site training is available along with senior pro-installers.

Installer:
  • Must carry all state required licenses and insurances
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must pass all background checks
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Must understand the meaning of customer satisfaction
